Over the next 3 months, we’ll work together to transform the nutrition habits that are keeping you stuck and get you on a healthier path.

  • A personalized nutrition assessment: After a thorough intake session, where I’ll learn all about your current diet, habits, relationship with food, lifestyle and health history, we’ll create a game plan to get you on the right path. That happens in session #1.

  • Your custom plan: In our second session, you’ll receive a detailed document with targeted food recommendations, guidance around portions, macros, hydration, meal timing, lifestyle recommendations, supplements and more.

  • 3x follow up accountability coaching sessions (so, five sessions total) + messaging support (text, voice notes, all access!) for 3 months. Weekly check-ins are expected.

  • MEAL PLANS + RECIPES

    • Access to over 100 simple healthy recipes including snack ideas, breakfast options, easy dinner + lunch meals. (Delicious, family friendly and plenty of options for all dietary preferences)

    • A vault one-for-you meal plans for every season with grocery lists included. (Make meal planning completely brainless!)

    • A personalized meal plan based on your specific needs, goals and preferences.

 Frequently Asked Questions

  • You betcha. I’m happy to accommodate a monthly payment schedule (3 payments). You’ll be offered this option at the time of payment. All forms of payment are accepted.

  • It depends! You may get coverage for a Holistic Nutritionist if you have a health spending account, or any coverage for “nutritional counselling” or “nutritional consulting” that doesn’t specify the practitioner to be a Registered Dietitian. I don’t offer direct billing.

  • As a Certified Nutrition Practitioner, I’m trained to work with clients following all types of dietary patterns- from specific healing elimination diets, to diets with ethical/religious considerations and everything in between. I will always respect your preferences and never force you to adopt any dietary patterns that you are uncomfortable with.

  • Because 1:1 nutrition coaching is highly personalized, recommendations are tailored to your specific goals and health challenges. That being said, while can offer guidance around hormonal health, I don’t facilitate any testing, and I always advise working with a Naturopath or MD to address hormonal imbalances.

  • No! Looking at calories is one tool in a vast set of strategies for improving your nutrition, and it’s NOT right for everyone. I’ll work with you on creating sustainable nutrition habits that you feel good about.

  • YES. Nothing is off limits or “bad”. Unless there is a suspected sensitivity or gut health consideration, we focus more on adding IN healthy habits than restricting or cutting things out. We’ll also learn HOW to incorporate your favourite foods in a way that feels good and helps you reach your goals.

  • If you’re pregnant and want to improve your nutrition habits- then YES. However, I will never work on weight loss with a client during pregnancy, or in the early weeks postpartum when the focus is healing. Breastfeeding is not a barrier so long as your milk supply is stable and you’re at least 8 weeks postpartum.

  • YES. The program resources contain seasonal meal plans with grocery lists, and your personal nutrition plan will have a suggested week of eating. They are never required to be followed “to a T”, rather I provide them for inspiration and guidance.

  • Absolutely NOT. I’m going to coach you through how to eat the foods you love, in a way that feels good and helps you reach your goals no matter what setting you’re in. This is a skill that will serve you for life!

  • The program and plan is 100% customized to your lifestyle. So, YES. I’ve worked with nurses, police officers and airport staff who have all seen success despite the shift work.

  • One of the program bonuses is a simple at-home weight training program, but beyond that the exercise support takes the form of coaching. We often choose exercise goals to work on that feel important to you, and I’ll support you in making those changes. But since I am not an exercise professional, I’ll never give specific advice.

  • Not if you don’t want to! There are many family friendly recipes to choose from in the program, and preferences are always taken into consideration when I make suggestions. My job is to help you create sustainable nutrition habits that work for your family AND will help you reach your goals. That’s entirely possible while feeding a family!
