Hi, I’m Liz, a nutritionist, health coach, and mom of two. I help other moms who are smart, capable, and doing all the things… but still feel stuck when it comes to losing weight.
I created The Nourished Mom Method after working with hundreds of women and realizing that most programs completely ignore the mental load, energy demands, and lifestyle chaos that come with motherhood.
