  • You betcha. I’m happy to accommodate a monthly payment schedule. You’ll be offered this option at the time of payment. If you need more than 3 months to make payments- let me know. Extended payment plans are available. I never want cost to be a barrier!

  • It depends! You may get coverage for a Holistic Nutritionist if you have a health spending account, or any coverage for “nutritional counselling” or “nutritional consulting” that doesn’t specify the practitioner to be a Registered Dietitian.

  • Prioritizing your health is a time commitment. But it’s going to take a lot LONGER to get the results you want without any guidance. I can help you make things efficient. And in terms of the actual coaching? 6 sessions spread out over 3 months- about 5 hours total. Can you set aside 5 hours over the course of 3 months to focus on your health and well-being? That’s up to you.
